On your possession day we will do a full walkthrough of your new home with you and rectify any concerns within 30 days.
6 month appointment
All of our clients are entitled to a mid year warranty visit if needed.
In order for our service and warranty program to operate at a maximum efficiency and for your own convenience, we request a waiting period of approximately 6 months after possession day to submit for a service & warranty review. This allows sufficient time to become settled in your new home and thoroughly examine all components.
Year End appointment
Near the end of your first year please contact us to set up a year end review with one of our warranty specialists. This will be your opportunity to submit any concerns or items that you would like reviewed prior to the end of your first year. This appointment must be booked no later than 15 days past your one year anniversary. Once you have your appointment booked, make a list of items you would like taken care of and have it ready for appointment day. Our service/ warranty technician will arrive and go through your items, document them and start working right away to rectify any issues. Failure to book your appointment within the specified time frame will not constitute an extension of the warranty period.
